About the Truro Design
Truro is a Shaker-style wardrobe: each door is a framed panel with a slim raised border around a flat centre, beneath a solid oak-effect cornice. At 200cm, four of those framed doors side by side give the front a steady, even rhythm – the look of a run of fitted cottage cabinetry rather than a single freestanding box.
The cornice is finished in wood rather than matching the carcase, so the painted doors sit beneath a warm timber-look top. Each colour has its own cornice, chosen to suit it:
White with Bianco Oak is the lightest – a pale, washed oak above a clean white front, and the combination that keeps a two-metre wardrobe from dominating a room.
Pebble Grey with Dark Rustic Oak is the warmest and most traditional. Across four doors the darker oak gives the front real weight and character.
Sage Green with Bianco Oak is the most distinctive: a soft heritage green that suits the Shaker style better than any other colour, and at this width becomes the feature of the room.
Slate bar handles give each framed door a defined line without competing with the cornice.
Two Equal Compartments
Inside, the wardrobe divides into two 100cm compartments, each behind a pair of doors with two adjustable shelves and a metal clothes rail. For two people sharing that is the simplest possible arrangement – a full compartment each, with nothing to negotiate.
The construction is heavier than most at this level: a 15mm carcase, 22mm shelves and metal shelf supports rather than plastic pegs, so shelves hold stacked knitwear and boxes without sagging. All doors have soft-close cushioned hinges, and LED lighting kits can be added.
Mirror Option
Choose a décor front to keep the Shaker panels across all four doors, or add mirrors to the two centre doors. The mirrored pair sits at the middle of the wardrobe where you would naturally stand, with the framed outer doors either side keeping the traditional look intact.

Truro is also produced as a 2 door at 100cm, a 3 door at 150cm, a 5 door at 250cm and a 6 door at 300cm, all in the same three colour combinations.
The matching bed, 3 drawer chest, and narrow and wide 4 drawer chests carry the same cornice finish on their upper panel, so a full room reads as one set.
