Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery on all orders over £500.
• Standard Delivery: £29.99 (If Order Value Less than £500)
• Room of Choice Delivery: £49.99
• Delivery & Assembly Service: Charges vary by product (see product pages for details)

Delivery Services We Offer

Each product on our website is clearly labelled with the delivery and assembly service available:

1. Free Assembly: We deliver and assemble the product in your chosen room at no extra cost.
2. Assembly Service Available: Assembly is not included by default but can be arranged for an additional fee.
3. Delivery Only: Assembly is not available. These items are delivered flat-packed with easy-to-follow instructions.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Some specific ranges may be available for delivery to Northern Ireland – please contact us before placing an order.
• We do not deliver internationally.

Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated delivery times are shown on each product listing.
• Made-to-order items (mainly from Germany) typically take 8 to 10 weeks. In busy periods or with delivery & assembly included, this may extend to 12 weeks.
• We currently do not display delivery dates at checkout. Customers will be contacted directly to schedule delivery.

Delivery Process

• We work with both our in-house delivery team and trusted third-party furniture couriers.
• For furniture deliveries, the courier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please note that specific time slots are not guaranteed due to the nature of large item logistics and varying delivery routes. However, on the day of delivery, you may contact the delivery team directly to get an approximate time window based on their schedule.
• Notifications are typically sent via phone, text, or email.
• In case of any concerns, you can contact the delivery team directly (number provided during confirmation) or email us for assistance.

Missed Deliveries

Because delivery dates are arranged in advance, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the agreed time. If you are not home and delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery charge will apply.

Delivery to Flats or Apartments

We offer delivery to flats and multi-storey buildings. If you live in such a location, please ensure you choose the Room of Choice Delivery option. Otherwise, couriers will only deliver the item to the main entrance of the building.

Pre-Delivery Access Requirements

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery path is clear and accessible.
• Please double-check door sizes, hallways, staircases, and turns to ensure the item will fit.

Assembly Services

• Some products include free assembly – this will be clearly marked on the product page.
• For items where assembly is optional, we can arrange this at an additional charge. Pricing varies per product.
• Some items are delivery-only and do not qualify for assembly service.

Packaging Removal

We do not offer packaging disposal as standard. If this service is required, please enquire in advance as additional charges may apply.
