About the White Finish with Centre Mirrors
At 271cm this is a large wardrobe, and the two mirrored centre doors are what keep it from reading as a wall of furniture. The mirrored pair sits at the midpoint of the front, framed by two doors at each side in your chosen finish – a symmetrical arrangement that divides nearly three metres into three readable sections rather than one continuous expanse. On a wardrobe this size, that structure matters more than any decorative detail could.
The mirrors also earn their place practically. Both are full height, so together they form a substantial reflective panel at the centre of the room – enough to visually push the opposite wall back, redistribute the available light, and remove the need for a freestanding mirror taking up floor space. Positioned centrally, it is also exactly where you would naturally stand to use it.
The four remaining doors are yours to specify, and across a front this wide the three options give three genuinely different pieces of furniture.
Matt décor is the quietest. A soft, non-reflective panel finish matching the carcase, it lets the mirrored centre provide all the reflection while the rest of the wardrobe recedes into the wall. On a large unit that restraint is often the right call, and it is the version least likely to throw reflections around the room at night.
High gloss white pushes in the opposite direction. Four reflective lacquered doors either side of a mirrored centre make the entire 271cm front luminous, and in a darker or north-facing bedroom the combined light gain is substantial. It is the brightest large wardrobe in the range.
White crystal glass is the premium option, and the one this collection is named for. Genuine tempered glass alongside genuine mirror is a natural pairing – both are glass, both share the same depth and evenness, so the whole front reads as one continuous glazed surface. It matters most at this width: white is the least forgiving colour in which to disguise an uneven finish, and across nearly three metres any inconsistency in a coated panel would show. Glass will not scuff at the edges and will not develop the faint cream cast white surfaces acquire over years of daylight.
The long chrome handles run the full height of every door, giving six vertical chrome lines across the front. At this width they are doing structural work rather than decoration – dividing a very large pale expanse into regular sections and giving the eye something to follow.
Internally the wardrobe divides into three equal 90cm compartments, each with a storage shelf and a hanging rail, all height-adjustable so the interior adapts to what you actually own rather than what the factory assumed. Three separate hanging sections is a more usable arrangement than one long run: two people sharing can take a compartment each, with the third given over to bedding, luggage or out-of-season clothing.
At 210cm high and 54cm deep, this fits a standard modern bedroom without needing a specialist ceiling height, and the footprint is no greater than a smaller wardrobe – only the run of wall changes. Manufactured 100% in Germany and certified with the Blue Angel and Golden M ecolabels, it meets independently verified standards for low emissions and furniture quality, which is worth having on a piece of furniture this size in a room you sleep in. It carries a 10-year manufacturer guarantee.
If you would prefer the wardrobe without mirrors, the same model is produced as a 6 door wardrobe with your chosen finish across all six doors. The mirrored version is also made as a 4 door wardrobe at 181cm and a 5 door wardrobe at 226cm, the latter with three mirrored centre doors.
The collection is also produced in Metallic Grey with the same mirrored centre doors, where the three fronts are metallic grey décor, gloss grey and basalt glass – all shades of graphite rather than a mid grey. Matching bedside tables and chests of drawers are available from the same collection.

Three compartments: Each 90cm wide across the 271cm width

Right compartment (90cm): Identical fittings – 1 storage shelf and 1 hanging rail
-
Total hanging space: Three separate rails rather than one continuous run, allowing the wardrobe to be divided between users, seasons or garment types

FAQs
Which doors are mirrored?
The two centre doors, with your chosen finish on the four remaining doors – two at each side. Both mirrors are full height, giving a substantial reflective panel at the midpoint of the wardrobe with the front framed symmetrically either side.
What are the three front finishes?
Matt décor is a soft, non-reflective panel finish matching the carcase. High gloss white is a reflective lacquered surface that lifts the light in a room. White crystal glass is genuine tempered glass, with a depth and evenness a coated panel cannot reproduce. The mirrored centre doors, carcase, interior and dimensions are identical on all three.
Which finish works best with the mirrors?
Crystal glass pairs most naturally, since both surfaces are glass and read as one continuous glazed front – and on a wardrobe this wide the evenness of real glass is the most noticeable. High gloss gives the brightest overall result. Matt décor is the most understated, letting the mirrored centre provide all the reflection.
Is the glass real glass?
Yes. The crystal glass fronts are genuine tempered glass, not a printed or lacquered panel. It gives a flatter, more even white with real depth, and it will not scuff at the edges or yellow over time.
Is a wardrobe this large right for my room?
At 271cm wide it needs a substantial run of clear wall, but at 54cm deep the footprint is no greater than a smaller wardrobe – only the width changes. In white, with a mirrored centre, it carries far less visual weight than a darker finish would at this size.
Is there a version without mirrors?
Yes. The same wardrobe is produced as a 6 door wardrobe with your chosen finish across all six doors.
How is the wardrobe divided inside?
Into three equal 90cm compartments, each with one storage shelf and one hanging rail, all height-adjustable. Three separate hanging sections rather than one long run, so the wardrobe can be divided between users or garment types.
What delivery options are available?
Free delivery is to your door – our drivers will not take the wardrobe into the house. Room of choice delivery is available at additional cost, where the wardrobe is brought to the room you specify. Full assembly is also available at additional cost, where our professional wardrobe fitters build the unit in your chosen room. On a wardrobe of this size the assembly service is worth considering.
How much space do I need to install it?
Allow 25cm of clearance for installation. On a wardrobe of this width it is worth measuring the full run of wall before ordering, including skirting boards, radiators and any point where the wall is not perfectly square.
Is it available in other sizes?
Yes. The mirrored Glamour is produced as a 4 door wardrobe at 181cm and a 5 door wardrobe at 226cm, the latter with three mirrored centre doors.
Is it available in other colours?
Yes. The collection is also produced in Metallic Grey, with a choice of metallic grey décor, gloss grey or basalt glass fronts.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. This wardrobe is made to order by Rauch to your selected specification, so once the order has been processed it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please check your measurements and selected finish carefully before ordering.
What guarantee does it come with?
Rauch provide a 10-Year Manufacturer Guarantee, subject to their warranty terms.
Is there matching bedroom furniture?
Yes. Coordinating bedside tables and chests of drawers are available from the same collection.
How do I look after the surfaces?
The surfaces are easy to maintain and should be cleaned with a dry cloth only.
