Free Assembly: We deliver and professionally assemble the item in your room of choice at no extra cost.

Assembly Available at Cost: Assembly service is available for an additional fee. Please contact our team to arrange this.

Delivery Only: These products will be delivered in flat-packed form. Assembly is the customer’s responsibility.
Assembly by Our Couriers
Our professional delivery and assembly teams operate across Mainland England, Wales, and selected areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland. If your product includes or qualifies for assembly service, our team will assemble the item in your chosen room, provided the space is suitable and accessible.
Important Requirements for Successful Assembly:
- Ensure the room is fully prepared with clear floor space for the wardrobe to be assembled lying flat.
- Allow at least 20 cm of clearance around the wardrobe’s footprint, and 15–20 cm of ceiling clearance above its final height.
- Our wardrobes are freestanding and require access from all sides during assembly.
- Obstructions such as radiators, light fixtures, or low ceilings may prevent successful assembly.
- If the courier arrives and the space is not suitable or accessible, we reserve the right to charge the full assembly fee, even if the assembly cannot proceed.
Assembly by the Customer
If your product is marked as Delivery Only, you will receive all components in flat-packed form along with a comprehensive, easy-to-follow instruction manual.
Please Note Before Starting Assembly:
- Check all packs to ensure all components are included and no parts are damaged.
- Assembly requires two people for safety and ease of installation.
- Make sure the room has sufficient floor space to build the item completely before lifting it into its upright position.
- Each wardrobe must be assembled flat on the ground before being lifted into place — for example, a wardrobe measuring 250 cm wide x 215 cm high will require approx. 270–280 cm x 235–245 cm of clear space for assembly.
- Ensure ceiling height allows for at least 15–20 cm of clearance above the final product.
Assembly within 40 Miles of BB9
If you are located within a 40-mile radius of our BB9 postcode, we can offer an assembly service for wardrobes marked as Delivery Only at an additional cost. To request this, please contact our customer service team prior to delivery to discuss availability and pricing.
