About the White Finish and Glass Front
White is the most adaptable finish in the Artemis range, and on a two-door sliding wardrobe it is also the most practical. It sits with any flooring, any bedding and any wall colour, keeps a standard bedroom feeling open, and puts all the emphasis on the glass – which is where the character of this wardrobe comes from.
The construction of the front is what sets Artemis apart. Rather than pairing a solid door with a glass one, it glazes across both sliding doors and lets the white décor appear as a vertical band at each outer edge – so the glass runs almost the full width, framed at either end. Slide the doors and that band moves with them, shifting the balance of the front as you use it.
On a two-door wardrobe that arrangement matters more than it might sound. There is nowhere for a clumsy design to hide across a shorter front, and the obvious approach – one solid door, one glass door – always looks like two halves rather than one piece. This reads as a single continuous glazed plane with a clean border, which is a far more considered result.
The glass is yours to specify, and the three options give genuinely different results against a white surround.
White Glass is the most seamless. Glass and white décor together give a tonal front where the only difference across the width is the surface itself – matt beside glossy, flat beside deep. It is the brightest configuration available and the best choice for a smaller or north-facing room, and the subtlety is the whole point.
Champagne Glass introduces warmth without breaking the calm. A pale, faintly golden front framed by white softens the scheme and stops the wardrobe feeling clinical – the option for a bedroom built around cream, taupe and natural materials.
Basalt Glass is the boldest. A deep, near-black glazed front framed by white is the highest-contrast combination in the range – graphic and architectural, and enough to make a two-door wardrobe the feature of the room rather than a background one.
Whichever you choose, these are genuine glass fronts rather than a printed or foiled panel. Glass has an evenness and depth that no coating reproduces – and on white that matters, since it is the least forgiving colour in which to disguise an uneven finish. It also holds its appearance permanently, with no scuffed edges and no faint cream cast developing over years of daylight.
Two widths are offered, and the difference is more than just extra centimetres. At 181cm the wardrobe divides into two 90cm compartments – the standard proportion across the Artemis range, and the right choice for a normal double bedroom. At 226cm the two compartments open out to 112.5cm each, which is unusually generous: wide enough that a full season's coats or a long run of dresses sits in a single section without crowding. If you have the wall for it, the wider model gives you noticeably more usable hanging space per compartment rather than simply more compartments to divide things between.
Sliding doors are the practical choice wherever floor space is limited. Nothing swings out into the room, so the wardrobe can sit opposite a bed, beside a doorway or in a narrow room without losing usable floor – and at 226cm that becomes the deciding factor for a lot of bedrooms. The Artemis runs on a smooth-glide system, and at 62cm deep – deeper than the hinged models in the range – garments hang square on the rail rather than pressing against the doors.
Both compartments are fitted with a storage shelf and a hanging rail. The interior is deliberately open rather than heavily fitted, so you can build it out with additional shelves, hanging rails, interior drawers and compartment dividers if you need them.

Dispatch is 8 to 10 weeks. This is a dispatch timeframe rather than a delivery date: the wardrobe is built to your specification in Germany and then shipped to the UK. Occasionally items arrive sooner, and during German factory holiday closures it can take slightly longer.
Is a larger version available?
Yes. Artemis is also produced as a large 3 door sliding wardrobe at 271cm, with three 90cm compartments.
Is it available with a different carcase?
